Those of you independant folk who use Thunderbird already have this functionality built into your email client.
Those using Outlook can grab a free plugin from http://www.attensa.com/
All you need to do is right-click the 
next to the flavor of porn you want and “Copy the Link Location”… then simply add it to your chosen feed reader
Subscribe to as many of the feeds you want or grab the “Whole Site Feed” if you’re really hungry ;o)
